Mouse Breast Cancer Susceptibility Protein 2 (BRCA2) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Breast Cancer Susceptibility Protein 2 (BRCA2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool designed for the quantitative measurement of BRCA2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for various research applications.BRCA2 is a vital protein known for its role in DNA repair and maintenance, particularly in breast cancer susceptibility. Mutations in the BRCA2 gene have been linked to an increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer, making it a key target for cancer research and personalized medicine approaches.
By accurately measuring BRCA2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying breast cancer development and progression, ultimately leading to the development of targeted therapies and improved patient outcomes. The Mouse BRCA2 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for advancing our understanding of breast cancer biology and identifying potential therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
