The Mouse BAFFR (B-cell Activation Factor Receptor) CLIA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of BAFFR levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.BAFFR is a key receptor involved in B-cell activation and survival, playing a critical role in the immune response. Dysregulation of BAFFR signaling has been linked to autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With its user-friendly format and reliable performance, the Mouse BAFFR CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to further understand the role of BAFFR in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse BAFFR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse BAFFR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse BAFFR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse BAFFR. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse BAFFR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
