Mouse Aquaporin 3, Gill Blood Group (AQP3) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Aquaporin 3 (Gill Blood Group AQP3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of AQP3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.AQP3 is a vital protein involved in regulating water transport in various tissues, including the gills and blood vessels. It plays a crucial role in maintaining water balance within the body and is linked to various physiological processes.
Studying AQP3 levels can provide valuable insights into conditions related to water homeostasis, skin hydration, and kidney function. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the role of AQP3 in various biological processes and diseases, including skin disorders, kidney diseases, and fluid balance disorders. Its reliability and accuracy make it an indispensable asset for studies aiming to unravel the functions and dysregulations of AQP3 in mouse models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
