The Mouse Alpha1-AGP (Alpha1 Acid Glycoprotein) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of Alpha1-AGP in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and consistent results for a wide range of research applications.Alpha1-AGP is a key glycoprotein involved in acute phase responses, inflammation, and drug binding in mammals.
By studying Alpha1-AGP levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into various disease states, including cancer, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. This kit is essential for exploring the role of Alpha1-AGP in disease progression and for developing targeted therapeutic strategies.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse AGP1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse AGP1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse AGP1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse AGP1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse AGP1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
