The Human TF (Transferrin) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the accurate measurement of transferrin levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Transferrin is a key protein responsible for iron transport in the body, playing a vital role in maintaining iron homeostasis. Imbalances in transferrin levels have been associated with a range of health conditions, including anemia, hemochromatosis, and liver diseases.
As such, this kit serves as a valuable tool for investigating these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its user-friendly protocol and reliable performance, the Human TF CLIA Kit is an indispensable resource for researchers and clinicians seeking to understand the role of transferrin in health and disease. Order yours today to unlock new insights into iron metabolism and related disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TRF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TRF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TRF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human TRF. You can calculate the concentration of Human TRF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
