Human TAF13 (TATA Box Binding Protein Associated Factor 13) CLIA Kit
The Human TAF13 (TATA Box-binding Protein Associated Factor 13) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of TAF13 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.TAF13 is a critical protein that plays a key role in regulating gene expression by interacting with the TATA-binding protein (TBP) to form the TFIID complex. This complex is essential for initiating transcription, making TAF13 an important player in the regulation of gene expression.
Understanding the levels of TAF13 in biological samples can provide valuable insights into various cellular processes and diseases. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human TAF13 CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying gene expression regulation, transcriptional control, and related pathways. By accurately measuring TAF13 levels, researchers can gain a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. Advance your research with the Human TAF13 CLIA Kit from AssayGenie.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TAF13. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TAF13 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TAF13, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human TAF13. You can calculate the concentration of Human TAF13 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
