Human SPA (Pulmonary Surfactant Associated Protein A) CLIA Kit
The Human SPA (Pulmonary Surfactant-Associated Protein A) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise measurement of SPA levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Pulmonary surfactant-associated protein A is a critical component of the lung surfactant system, playing a vital role in maintaining lung function and protecting against pathogens and environmental toxins.
Dysregulation of SPA levels has been linked to respiratory diseases such as acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), making it an important biomarker for studying lung health and developing therapeutic strategies. With the Human SPA CLIA Kit, researchers can confidently analyze SPA levels in human samples, gaining valuable insights into lung health, respiratory diseases, and potential therapeutic targets. Upgrade your research with this innovative assay kit from Assay Genie.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human SP-A1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human SP-A1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human SP-A1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human SP-A1. You can calculate the concentration of Human SP-A1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
