Human SEPCR/PROCR (Soluble Endothelial Protein C Receptor) CLIA Kit
The Human sEPCR (Soluble Endothelial Protein C Receptor) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed to accurately detect levels of soluble endothelial protein C receptor in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for research in various fields.sEPCR is a key protein involved in regulating blood coagulation and inflammation, playing a crucial role in endothelial function and vascular health.
Dysregulation of sEPCR has been linked to various diseases such as sepsis, thrombosis, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a promising biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With its high performance and versatility, the Human sEPCR CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is an essential tool for researchers looking to study the role of soluble endothelial protein C receptor in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human sEPCR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human sEPCR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human sEPCR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human sEPCR. You can calculate the concentration of Human sEPCR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
