Human SCFR/c-Kit (Stem Cell Factor Receptor) CLIA Kit
The Human SCFR (c-Kit) STEM CELL FACTOR RECEPTOR CLIA Kit is designed for accurate detection of stem cell factor receptor levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. The stem cell factor receptor (c-Kit) plays a crucial role in the regulation of stem cell differentiation and proliferation. It is involved in various physiological processes, including hematopoiesis, gametogenesis, and melanogenesis.
Dysregulation of c-Kit signaling has been implicated in various diseases, such as cancer and hematological disorders.By accurately measuring the levels of stem cell factor receptor in biological samples, researchers can gain insights into the role of c-Kit in disease pathogenesis and identify potential therapeutic targets. The Human SCFR (c-Kit) STEM CELL FACTOR RECEPTOR CLIA Kit provides a valuable tool for studying c-Kit signaling and developing novel interventions for related conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human SCFR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human SCFR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human SCFR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human SCFR. You can calculate the concentration of Human SCFR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
