Human Rho GDP Dissociation Inhibitor Beta (ARHGDIb) ELISA Kit
The Human Rho GDP Dissociation Inhibitor Beta (ARHGDIB) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for detecting ARHGDIB levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ARHGDIB is an important protein involved in regulating Rho GTPases, which play a crucial role in cell signaling and cytoskeletal organization. Dysregulation of ARHGDIB has been associated with various diseases including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.
By using the Human ARHGDIB ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of ARHGDIB in disease progression and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. With its ease of use and reliable performance, this kit is an essential tool for advancing research in the field of cell signaling and disease mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
