Human REG4 (Regenerating Islet Derived Protein 4) CLIA Kit
The Human REG4 (Regenerating islet-derived protein 4) CLIA Kit is specifically designed to accurately detect levels of REG4 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.REG4 is a vital protein involved in tissue regeneration and repair processes, contributing to the maintenance of healthy cellular function. Dysregulation of REG4 expression has been linked to various diseases such as gastrointestinal cancers, inflammatory bowel disease, and pancreatitis.
Therefore, the detection of REG4 levels can serve as a valuable biomarker for studying and potentially treating these conditions. With its advanced technology and high-performance capabilities, the Human REG4 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for investigating the role of REG4 in disease pathogenesis and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human REG4. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human REG4 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human REG4, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human REG4. You can calculate the concentration of Human REG4 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
