The Human PP (Pancreatic Polypeptide) CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting pancreatic polypeptide levels in human samples. This kit is designed for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with a versatile solution for their studies. Pancreatic polypeptide is a peptide hormone secreted by the pancreas, playing a role in regulating food intake and energy balance. Abnormal levels of pancreatic polypeptide have been associated with conditions such as obesity and diabetes, making it a valuable biomarker for research in these areas.
With high sensitivity and specificity, this CLIA kit delivers consistent and reproducible results, giving researchers confidence in their data. Whether studying metabolic disorders or investigating pancreatic function, the Human PP CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for advancing research in the field.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human PP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human PP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human PP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human PP. You can calculate the concentration of Human PP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
