NME3 is can be expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of greatly purified CD34+ cells.
NME3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 169 amino acids (22-169 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa.NME3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
