Human MCSF (Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor 1) CLIA Kit
The Human MCSF (Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of MCSF levels in human biological samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.MCSF is a key cytokine that plays a vital role in the differentiation and maturation of macrophages, important immune cells that are involved in various physiological and pathological processes.
Dysregulation of MCSF levels has been implicated in conditions such as inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer, highlighting the significance of studying this cytokine as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic development. With the Human MCSF CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of MCSF in health and disease, paving the way for potential new treatments and improved patient outcomes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MCSF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MCSF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MCSF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MCSF. You can calculate the concentration of Human MCSF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
