Human MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1) CLIA Kit
The Human MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1) CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the quantitative detection of MCP-1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.MCP-1 is a key chemokine involved in the recruitment of monocytes to sites of inflammation and tissue injury. Elevated levels of MCP-1 have been implicated in numerous inflammatory conditions, such as atherosclerosis, arthritis, and diabetes.
By accurately measuring MCP-1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these diseases and identify potential therapeutic targets. With its robust performance and ease of use, the Human MCP-1 CLIA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying inflammation, immune response, and related diseases. Order now and accelerate your research with confidence.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MCP-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MCP-1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MCP-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MCP-1. You can calculate the concentration of Human MCP-1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
