The Human MAU (Microalbuminuria) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of microalbuminuria levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and urine. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring the accuracy and reproducibility of results for various research applications.Microalbuminuria is a key indicator of renal dysfunction and cardiovascular risk, making it a valuable biomarker for monitoring and diagnosing conditions such as chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
By accurately measuring microalbuminuria levels, researchers can gain insights into disease progression and treatment effectiveness, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MAU. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MAU and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MAU, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MAU. You can calculate the concentration of Human MAU in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
