The Human Lysyl-tRNA Synthetase (KARS) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring levels of lysyl-tRNA synthetase in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.Lysyl-tRNA synthetase is an essential enzyme that plays a critical role in protein synthesis by attaching the amino acid lysine to its corresponding tRNA molecule. Dysregulation of this enzyme has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, underscoring its importance as a potential biomarker for disease pathology and therapeutic development.
Researchers seeking to explore the roles of lysyl-tRNA synthetase in health and disease can rely on the Human Lysyl-tRNA Synthetase (KARS) ELISA Kit for precise and reliable quantification of this key enzyme. Its ease of use and accurate results make it an invaluable asset in unraveling the intricate mechanisms underlying lysyl-tRNA synthetase function.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
