Human IP-10/CXCL10 (Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa) CLIA Kit
The Human IP-10 (CXCL10) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of interferon-gamma-induced protein 10kDa levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for various research applications.IP-10, also known as CXCL10, is a key chemokine involved in immune responses and inflammation, playing a crucial role in recruiting T cells to sites of infection or inflammation.
Elevated levels of IP-10 have been associated with various conditions including autoimmune diseases, viral infections, and certain types of cancer. Therefore, this kit serves as an essential tool for studying the role of IP-10 in these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human IP-10 (CXCL10) CLIA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for measuring IP-10 levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into immune responses and inflammatory processes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IP-10/CXCL10. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IP-10/CXCL10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IP-10/CXCL10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human IP-10/CXCL10. You can calculate the concentration of Human IP-10/CXCL10 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
