The Human Interleukin-7 Receptor (IL7R) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise quantification of IL7R levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With outstanding sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable asset for a variety of research applications.IL7R is a crucial receptor involved in the regulation of immune cell development and function. Dysregulation of IL7R signaling has been linked to various immune-related disorders and autoimmune diseases, making it a key target for therapeutic interventions.
By measuring IL7R levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into immune system dynamics and potential treatment strategies. In summary, the Human IL7R ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for studying the role of IL7R in human health and disease. Its high-performance features make it an essential tool for advancing our understanding of immune system function and developing novel therapeutic approaches.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
