The Human Interleukin-21 (IL-21) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the quantitative measurement of IL-21 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Interleukin-21 is a key cytokine that plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T and B cells, as well as the differentiation of immune cell subsets. Dysregulation of IL-21 has been associated with a range of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease research and potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Human Interleukin-21 (IL-21) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for scientists and researchers interested in studying the role of IL-21 in immune function and disease pathogenesis. Its high performance and reliability make it an essential addition to any laboratory conducting research in this field.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
