Human Interleukin 2 Receptor Gamma (IL-2Rg) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-2 Receptor Gamma (IL2RG) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate quantification of IL2RG levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for studying the role of IL2RG in various biological processes.IL2RG is a key component of the interleukin-2 receptor complex, playing a critical role in immune system function and regulation.
Dysregulation of IL2RG has been associated with various immune disorders and diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for research and clinical applications. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the IL2RG ELISA Kit offers precise and reproducible results, enabling researchers to confidently assess IL2RG levels in their samples. This kit is a valuable resource for investigating the role of IL2RG in immune responses, inflammation, and disease pathogenesis.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
