Human Interleukin 18 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-18RAP) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-18 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL18RAP) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of IL18RAP levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.IL18RAP is a critical accessory protein involved in the signaling pathway of interleukin-18, an important cytokine that regulates immune responses and inflammation. IL18RAP is known to play a significant role in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infectious diseases.
Therefore, studying its levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the IL18RAP ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the role of IL18RAP in various disease states and develop novel treatments to target this pathway. Its accuracy and precision make it an essential component for any laboratory conducting research in immunology and inflammation.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
