Human Interleukin 18 Receptor 1 (IL-18R1) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-18 Receptor 1 (IL18R1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative measurement of IL18R1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. IL18R1 is a key receptor involved in the immune response, specifically in the regulation of cytokine activity and inflammation. This ELISA kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for research applications focused on studying the role of IL18R1 in various diseases and disorders.
By accurately quantifying IL18R1 levels, researchers can gain a better understanding of its impact on conditions such as autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancer.Overall, the Human IL18R1 ELISA Kit provides a precise and efficient method for studying the function of IL18R1, allowing for the identification of potential therapeutic targets and the development of novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
