Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL-1R1) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the precise detection of IL1R1 levels in human biological samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying the role of IL1R1 in inflammatory and immune responses, as well as its potential involvement in various diseases such as arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and autoimmune disorders.IL1R1 is a key receptor involved in the signaling of interleukin-1, a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in the regulation of the immune system and inflammatory pathways.
By accurately quantifying IL1R1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases and identify potential therapeutic targets. With its high specificity and reproducibility, the Human IL1R1 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is a valuable tool for researchers seeking accurate and reliable data on IL1R1 expression levels. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
