Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Antagonist (IL-1RA) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (IL1RA) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of IL1RA levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable resource for a variety of research purposes.IL1RA is a key regulatory protein that functions as an antagonist to the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1. By inhibiting the actions of IL-1, IL1RA plays a critical role in regulating immune responses and inflammation.
Abnormal levels of IL1RA have been implicated in various inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, and neuroinflammatory disorders, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for understanding and treating these diseases.Researchers and clinicians alike will benefit from the precision and reliability of the Human Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (IL1RA) ELISA Kit, paving the way for advancements in the field of immunology and inflammatory diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
