Human Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H3 (ITIH3) ELISA Kit
The Human ITIH3 (Inter-alpha-Trypsin Inhibitor Heavy Chain 3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of ITIH3 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit guarantees accurate and consistent results, making it an indispensable tool for various research purposes.ITIH3 is a key protein that acts as an inhibitor for certain enzymes and plays a crucial role in regulating inflammatory responses in the body. Dysregulation of ITIH3 expression has been linked to inflammatory disorders, cancer, and various other diseases, highlighting its significance as a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human ITIH3 ELISA Kit, researchers can uncover new insights into the role of ITIH3 in disease pathogenesis and progression, ultimately paving the way for innovative diagnostic and treatment strategies. Trust in this kit to deliver reliable data and drive groundbreaking discoveries in the field of biomedical research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
