Human IkB alpha (Inhibitory Subunit of NF Kappa B Alpha) CLIA Kit
The Human IKB-Alpha (Inhibitory Subunit of NF-Kappa B Alpha) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of IKB-Alpha levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides researchers with a reliable and reproducible tool for studying the role of IKB-Alpha in various cellular processes.IKB-Alpha is a key regulatory protein that plays a crucial role in the NF-Kappa B signaling pathway, which is involved in the regulation of immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. Dysregulation of this pathway has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
Therefore, accurate measurement of IKB-Alpha levels using this CLIA kit is essential for understanding the pathogenesis of these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human IKB-Alpha CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers looking to advance their understanding of NF-Kappa B signaling and its implications in health and disease. By providing precise measurements of IKB-Alpha levels, this kit enables researchers to make informed decisions and accelerate progress in the field of molecular biology and clinical research.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IκBα. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IκBα and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IκBα, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human IκBα. You can calculate the concentration of Human IκBα in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
