The Human HGF (Hepatocyte Growth Factor) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of HGF levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for various research applications.HGF is a key protein involved in promoting cell growth, proliferation, and survival, particularly in hepatocytes. It plays a crucial role in liver regeneration, tissue repair, and development, making it a valuable biomarker for studying liver diseases, cancer, and other conditions.
By using the Human HGF CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into HGF-mediated pathways, identify potential therapeutic targets, and further understand the role of HGF in various biological processes. This kit offers a convenient and efficient solution for studying HGF levels and its implications in different disease states.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HGF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HGF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HGF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human HGF. You can calculate the concentration of Human HGF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
