Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1 (HSF1) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1 (HSF1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of HSF1 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.HSF1 is a key regulator of the heat shock response and is involved in the cellular stress response. Dysregulation of HSF1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
Thus, measuring HSF1 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. The Human HSF1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers researchers a reliable and efficient solution for studying the role of HSF1 in health and disease. With its high-quality components and user-friendly protocol, this kit is a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research on the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular stress response.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
