Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 (HSPA8) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 (HSPA8) ELISA Kit offered by Assay Genie is a reliable tool for the accurate detection of HSPA8 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.HSPA8, also known as Heat Shock Protein 70 (Hsp70), is a vital chaperone protein involved in cellular stress response and protein folding. It plays a crucial role in maintaining protein homeostasis and protecting cells from stress-induced damage. Dysregulation of HSPA8 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.
With the Assay Genie Human HSPA8 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify HSPA8 levels in human samples, allowing for in-depth investigations into its role in disease pathogenesis and providing valuable insights for developing targeted therapies. Trust Assay Genie for high-quality ELISA kits that deliver reliable results for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
