Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 12B (HSPA12B) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 12B (HSPA12B) ELISA Kit offered by Assay Genie is a highly reliable and accurate tool for detecting levels of HSPA12B in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring consistent and precise results for a variety of research applications.HSPA12B is an important heat shock protein involved in cellular stress responses and protein folding. It plays a crucial role in maintaining cell homeostasis and protecting cells from environmental stressors.
Dysregulation of HSPA12B has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.By accurately measuring HSPA12B levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this protein in disease pathogenesis and identify potential therapeutic targets. The Assay Genie Human HSPA12B ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for advancing research in these areas and developing new strategies for disease treatment and management.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
