Human Heat Shock 40kDa Protein 2 (HSPF2) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock 40kDa Protein 2 (HSPF2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of HSPF2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable asset for various research purposes.HSPF2 is a key heat shock protein involved in cellular stress response and protein folding, essential for maintaining cell homeostasis and survival under challenging conditions.
Dysregulation of HSPF2 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its significance as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target. With the Human Heat Shock 40kDa Protein 2 (HSPF2) ELISA Kit, researchers can explore the role of HSPF2 in disease pathogenesis, identify potential biomarkers, and develop novel treatment strategies, ultimately advancing our understanding of cellular stress responses and disease mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
