The Human HBU (Hemoglobin μ) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of HBU levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for various research applications.HBU, also known as Hemoglobin μ, is a variant of hemoglobin found in human blood. It is essential for oxygen transport and plays a crucial role in maintaining the body's overall health. Abnormal levels of HBU have been linked to various hematological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for diagnostic and research purposes.
With the Human HBU CLIA Kit, researchers can easily measure HBU levels in biological samples, enabling them to study the hemoglobin variant's role in health and disease. This kit provides a convenient and efficient solution for investigating HBU levels and their implications in various physiological and pathological conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HBμ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HBμ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HBμ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human HBμ. You can calculate the concentration of Human HBμ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
