Human Growth Differentiation Factor 1 (GDF1) ELISA Kit
The Human Growth Differentiation Factor 1 (GDF1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive tool for the quantitative detection of GDF1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed to provide accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a diverse range of research applications.GDF1 is a key protein involved in various cellular processes including growth, differentiation, and development. It plays a crucial role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and regulating cell function.
Dysregulation of GDF1 has been linked to various diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, skeletal abnormalities, and neurodevelopmental conditions.By using the GDF1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of GDF1 in physiological and pathological conditions, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions and disease management strategies. Don't miss out on this essential tool for your research needs!

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
