Human GR alpha (Glucocorticoid Receptor Alpha) CLIA Kit
The Human GR (Glucocorticoid Receptor) Alpha CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of GR alpha levels in human samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and accuracy, allowing for precise and reliable results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The glucocorticoid receptor alpha plays a critical role in mediating the biological effects of glucocorticoids, which are important hormones involved in various physiological processes, including metabolism, immune response, and stress regulation.
Dysregulation of GR alpha has been associated with a variety of diseases, such as immune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and metabolic disorders. With the Human GR Alpha CLIA Kit, researchers can easily assess GR alpha levels in human samples to further understand its role in health and disease, paving the way for new insights and potential therapeutic strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human GRα. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human GRα and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human GRα, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human GRα. You can calculate the concentration of Human GRα in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
