Human Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) ELISA Kit
The Human Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GNRH) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of GNRH levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a range of research applications.GNRH, also known as gonadotropin-releasing hormone, plays a key role in the regulation of reproductive processes by stimulating the release of gonadotropins from the pituitary gland. Dysregulation of GNRH signaling has been linked to conditions such as infertility, delayed puberty, and certain reproductive disorders.
As such, measuring GNRH levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human GNRH ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable tool for studying the role of GNRH in reproductive health and related disorders, ultimately advancing our understanding of hormonal regulation and potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
