Human Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A (GRIN2A) ELISA Kit
The Human Glutamate Receptor Ionotropic N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A (GRIN2A) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of GRIN2A levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for research in neurobiology and neuroscience.GRIN2A is a key subunit of the NMDA receptor, which plays a crucial role in synaptic plasticity, learning, and memory. Dysregulation of GRIN2A has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, and epilepsy.
Therefore, accurate measurement of GRIN2A levels is essential for understanding the pathophysiology of these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human GRIN2A ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of NMDA receptors in brain function and dysfunction. It is an indispensable resource for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying neurological disorders and identifying novel therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
