The Human Ghrelin O-Acyltransferase ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of ghrelin o-acyltransferase in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring dependable and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes. Ghrelin o-acyltransferase is a key enzyme involved in the post-translational modification of ghrelin, a hormone linked to regulating appetite and energy balance in the body. Dysregulation of ghrelin o-acyltransferase has been associated with metabolic disorders, obesity, and other health conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these physiological processes and potentially developing therapeutic interventions.
With this ELISA kit, researchers can accurately measure ghrelin o-acyltransferase levels in human samples, allowing for in-depth investigations into its role in various diseases and conditions. Its precision and reliability make it a valuable tool for advancing scientific understanding and exploring new treatment options.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
