The Human FPB (Fibrinopeptide B) CLIA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the precise quantification of fibrinopeptide B levels in human samples, including serum and plasma. The kit offers high specificity and accuracy, ensuring consistent and reproducible results that are suitable for a wide range of research applications.Fibrinopeptide B is a key component in the blood clotting process, playing a crucial role in the formation of fibrin, a protein essential for blood clotting. Abnormal levels of fibrinopeptide B have been associated with various conditions, including thrombosis, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and understanding these diseases.
The Human FPB CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the role of fibrinopeptide B in disease pathology and developing potential therapeutic interventions. Its high sensitivity and accuracy make it an invaluable asset for advancing research in the field of coagulation and thrombosis.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FPB. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human FPB and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human FPB, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human FPB. You can calculate the concentration of Human FPB in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
