The Human Fibrinogen Alpha (FGA) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for accurate detection of fibrinogen alpha levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.Fibrinogen alpha is a vital component of the blood clotting process, playing a crucial role in wound healing and preventing excessive bleeding. Dysregulation of fibrinogen alpha has been linked to various conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, liver disease, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential treatment strategies.
The Human Fibrinogen Alpha (FGA) ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers and clinicians looking to explore the role of fibrinogen alpha in health and disease. With its unparalleled performance and ease of use, this kit is an essential addition to any laboratory focused on advancing our understanding of fibrinogen alpha biology and its clinical implications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
