The Human Fibrillin-1 (FBN1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to detect levels of FBN1 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high accuracy. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring consistent and dependable results for various research purposes.Fibrillin-1 is a key structural protein that plays a vital role in the formation and maintenance of elastic fibers in connective tissues. Mutations in the FBN1 gene are associated with various genetic disorders, including Marfan syndrome and other connective tissue disorders.
Therefore, measuring FBN1 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential treatments. The Human Fibrillin-1 (FBN1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying connective tissue disorders, genetic diseases, and the role of FBN1 in overall health and disease. With its reliable performance and easy-to-use format, this kit is an essential component for any laboratory working in the field of molecular biology and genetics.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
