Human FcgammaR3B (Fc Fragment of IgG Low Affinity IIIb Receptor) CLIA Kit
The Human Fc Gamma RIIIb (FCG3B) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise detection of FCG3B levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides unparalleled sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.FCG3B is a pivotal receptor involved in the immune response, specifically in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and immune complex clearance. Dysregulation of FCG3B has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer, making it a crucial biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and developing targeted therapies.
The Human FCG3B CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers and clinicians seeking to deepen their understanding of immune responses and identify potential therapeutic targets. With its reliability and precision, this kit is an essential addition to any laboratory conducting immunological studies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FcγR3B. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human FcγR3B and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human FcγR3B, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human FcγR3B. You can calculate the concentration of Human FcγR3B in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
