Human Fc Fragment Of IgG Receptor Transporter Alpha (FcgRT) ELISA Kit
The Human FC Fragment of IgG Receptor Transporter Alpha (FCGRT) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the detection of FCGRT levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides researchers with dependable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.FCGRT, also known as the neonatal Fc receptor, plays a critical role in the transportation of IgG antibodies across various biological barriers, including the placenta and intestinal epithelium.
This process is essential for immune response and antibody-based therapies, making FCGRT a valuable target for studying immune system function and developing new treatments for autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer.By using the Human FCGRT ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the function and regulation of FCGRT, leading to a better understanding of immune response mechanisms and potential therapeutic strategies. Don't miss out on this comprehensive and reliable kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
