Human Fc Fragment Of IgA Receptor (FcaR) ELISA Kit
The Human FC Fragment of IgA Receptor (FCAR) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate quantification of FCAR levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.FCAR is a critical component involved in the recognition and binding of IgA antibodies, playing a crucial role in the immune response and inflammatory processes. Dysregulation of FCAR expression has been implicated in various inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
With its advanced technology and ease of use, the Human FC Fragment of IgA Receptor (FCAR) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians looking to explore the role of FCAR in immune responses and inflammatory diseases. Get your kit today and unlock new possibilities in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
