Human Fatty Acid Binding Protein 2,Intestinal (FABP2) ELISA Kit
The Human FABP2 (Intestinal Fatty Acid Binding Protein 2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of FABP2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is characterized by its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results, making it suitable for various research applications.FABP2 is a key protein involved in the transport of fatty acids within the intestinal cells, playing a crucial role in lipid metabolism and energy balance.
Dysregulation of FABP2 has been linked to metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human FABP2 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable tool for investigating the role of FABP2 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into its implications for metabolic health and potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
