The Human F-Box Protein 32 (FBXO32) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to measure the levels of FBXO32 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high accuracy. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research purposes.FBXO32 is a key player in cellular processes, regulating the degradation of specific proteins and influencing cell signaling pathways. Dysregulation of FBXO32 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiac disorders, and muscle wasting conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its reliable performance and easy-to-use format, the Human FBXO32 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers investigating the role of FBXO32 in health and disease. Get precise and insightful data with this innovative ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
