The Human EXOSC2 ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of exosome component 2 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing dependable and consistent results for various research purposes. Exosome component 2 (EXOSC2) is a vital factor in exosome biogenesis and plays a crucial role in RNA degradation and processing. Dysregulation of EXOSC2 has been associated with various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and viral infections.
Therefore, studying EXOSC2 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and may lead to the development of potential therapeutic interventions. With its high-quality components and user-friendly protocol, the Human EXOSC2 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers investigating exosome biology and its implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
