Human Excitatory Amino Acid Transporter 1 (EAAT1) ELISA Kit
The Human Excitatory Amino Acid Transporter 1 (EAAT1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise quantification of EAAT1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes.EAAT1 is a critical transporter protein involved in the regulation of excitatory neurotransmitters, playing a key role in maintaining neurotransmitter balance in the brain. Dysregulation of EAAT1 has been implicated in various neurological disorders such as epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, and schizophrenia, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease research and drug development.
With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human EAAT1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of EAAT1 in neurological disorders and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. Get accurate and reliable results with this innovative ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
