Human Esophageal Cancer Related Gene 4 (ECRG4) ELISA Kit
The Human Esophageal Cancer-Related Gene 4 (ECRG4) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying esophageal cancer and related conditions. This kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of ECRG4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.ECRG4 is a gene closely associated with esophageal cancer and has been linked to tumor suppression and anti-angiogenic properties. By measuring ECRG4 levels, researchers can better understand the mechanisms involved in esophageal cancer development and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, this ELISA kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for cancer research and drug development. Order your Human ECRG4 ELISA Kit today and take a step closer to unraveling the mysteries of esophageal cancer.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
