Human ERBB Receptor Feedback Inhibitor 1 (ERRFI1) ELISA Kit
The Human ERBB Receptor Feedback Inhibitor 1 (ERRFI1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring the levels of ERRFI1 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ERRFI1 is a key regulator of the ERBB receptor signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in feedback inhibition and attenuation of cell proliferation. Dysregulation of ERRFI1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease progression and treatment response.
By utilizing the Human ERRFI1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of ERRFI1 in disease pathology, drug resistance, and personalized medicine, ultimately leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies and improved patient outcomes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
